As the Director of Leasing for Harsch’s Pacific Northwest retail portfolio, Mark Piscitelli manages the leasing efforts for over 1.6 million square feet of retail space. Mark has over 17 years of experience in real estate sales transactions, leasing projects and tenant representation.  Mark grew up in the greater Seattle region, is a Western Washington University Alumni and has been a proud Oregonian since 2001.

Jesse C. For over 20 years, Paige Morgan has established herself as a business leader and expert in managing complex dispositions, equity placement and recapitalization of office, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.  Throughout her career, Paige has consistently been one of the market’s top performing brokers, receiving multiple industry achievement awards from NAIOP, SIOR, CAB and CoStar.  She joined CBRE’s Capital Markets platform as Senior Vice President in January 2019, bringing with her more than $5 billion in transaction history.  Prior to CBRE, Paige led JLL’s institutional platform as Managing Director.  She holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from Brown University.

With more than 14 years of experience in industrial leasing and sales, Cara specializes in industrial properties, including manufacturing and distribution facilities in the Portland Metro area.  Cara also represents buyers and sellers of both industrial properties, as well as infill development sites with transactions totaling over $518 million. 

Cara has completed over 9 million square feet of transactions, including a 360,000 square foot lease for Danner LaCrosse, a 500,000 square foot listing for Trammell Crow, as well as a 240,000 SF lease on behalf of Clarion Partners.  Cara also represented Prosper Portland (formerly the Portland Development Commission) on multiple land dispositions as well as Prologis on over 600,000 SF of distribution facilities.  Cara has been named as a Power Broker by Costar, Inc., was awarded the prestigious 40 under 40 award and was named as a DJC Women of Vision Honoree. She is actively involved in the community, and is a member of several business organizations, including the Commercial Association of Brokers (where she is past president). Cara also served as the first Portland market delegate for the CBRE Women’s Network.

Madeline is a Senior Research Analyst at Yardi Matrix and is responsible for analyzing and interpreting information found in our database and conveying to our clients in the form of presentations, webinars, and premium reports. Madeline also composes editorial pieces for Yardi Matrix, Commercial Property Executive and Multi-housing News. She utilizes the Matrix database, among other secondary research, to delve into analysis of current market conditions happening in the multifamily, office and self-storage asset classes across the country. Prior to joining Yardi, Madeline served as an Associate Appraiser for HealthTrust, specializing in appraisals of senior living communities across the United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from Florida State University.
